Alaska was the birthplace of UnCruise Adventures and it continues to be wide open for exploration. Almost 25 years later, innovation continues to be at the core of our motto. We’re serious about your fun and driven by a commitment to leaving the charted course and really experiencing what the world has to offer. UnCruise Adventures operates from its offices at historic Fishermen's Terminal in Seattle, Washington and in Juneau, Alaska. Our mission: To provide our guests an enriching adventure travel experience and inspire an appreciation of local cultures and the natural world. We understand that ecosystems are fragile yet important environments. And we know first-hand the impact our adventures have on sustaining local communities. One of the key components of our company’s mission statement is to actively promote environmental protection through education, actions, and initiatives that promote responsible travel.

Company History in a Snapshot
1996
Founded as American Safari Cruises and pioneered small yacht cruising in Alaska
1997
Commenced operations with a chartered yacht able to fit over a dozen passengers
2003
Inaugural cruises on Columbia/Snake Rivers and Washington/British Columbia
2008
Company acquired by Captain Dan Blanchard in partnership with Tim Jacox
2011
New voyages in the Galapagos Islands and Costa Rica/Panama Announced
2012
Rebranded to Uncruise Advantures and Unveiled a new logo
2019
UnCruise sails its longest season in Alaska.
2021
Celebrates 25th Anniversary with new season specials and resumed operations following COVID-19
